利用規約

この規約は、capella（以下「本アプリ」）を使うときの約束です。本アプリを使った時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、ピックルボールの試合の記録・振り返り・練習と、利用者どうしの交流のためのアプリです。本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供します。

2. 自動の採点と数字

点数・ラリーの区切り・打った人・ベストショットなどは、動画から自動で読み取ったもので、誤りを含むことがあります。審判や公式の記録としては使えません。

3. アカウント

投稿・コメント・フォローなどの交流機能を使うには、Apple または Google でサインインします。アカウントは本人だけが使ってください。設定からいつでも削除できます。

4. 投稿のルール（してはいけないこと）

運営者は、不快・有害な投稿や迷惑行為を一切認めません。次のことをしてはいけません。

他人をおとしめる、いやがらせ・脅し・差別にあたる投稿やコメント
わいせつ・暴力的な内容、違法な内容、それを助ける内容
他人の名前・顔・個人情報を、本人の了解なく載せること
他人の著作物などの権利を侵す内容
なりすまし、宣伝・勧誘だけを目的とした投稿、同じ内容の繰り返し
本アプリやほかの利用者に迷惑をかける使い方、不正なアクセス

動画や写真に一緒にプレーした人が写る場合は、投稿の前にその方々の了解を得てください。

5. 通報・ブロックと運営者の対応

不快な投稿やコメントは、通報やブロックができます。運営者は通報を確認し、4 に反するものを 24 時間を目安に削除し、繰り返す利用者の利用を止めることがあります。

6. 投稿の扱い

投稿・コメントの権利は投稿した利用者にあります。本アプリの中で表示するために必要な範囲で、運営者が保存・表示・縮小などをすることを認めてください。投稿は capella の利用者なら誰でも見られます。

7. 情報の扱いと統計

利用者の情報の扱いは、プライバシーポリシーのとおりです。運営者は、本アプリの情報を個人を特定できない統計情報に加工し、ピックルボールに関わるメーカー・施設・大会主催者およびそれに関連する企業に提供することがあります。

8. 料金

本アプリは現在無料です。将来、有料の機能（定期購入を含みます）を追加することがあります。その場合は、料金と内容を購入の前に本アプリの中で示し、支払いは Apple の App Store を通じて行います。今ある無料の機能が、予告なく有料になることはありません。

9. けがと安全

プレーや練習は、ご自身の体調と周りの安全に気をつけて行ってください。撮影のために置いた iPhone や三脚が、ほかの人のじゃまにならないようにしてください。

10. 変更・停止

運営者は、本アプリの内容やこの規約を変えることがあります。大事な変更は、本アプリの中かこのページでお知らせします。やむを得ない場合、本アプリの提供を止めることがあります。

11. 責任

運営者は、本アプリを正しく動かすよう努めますが、誤りがないこと、いつでも使えることは保証しません。運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本アプリの利用で生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法などの法令で責任を制限できない場合は、その定めに従います。

12. 準拠法と問い合わせ

この規約は日本の法律に従います。お問い合わせは Instagram @capella_pickleball の DM へお願いします。

By using capella (the “App”), you agree to these terms.

Scores and numbers (points, rally splits, hitters, best shots) are read automatically from video and may contain mistakes. They are not official records.

Accounts: to post, comment, or follow, sign in with Apple or Google. Use only your own account. You can delete it anytime in Settings.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or comment anything that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others; anything obscene, violent, or illegal; other people's names, faces, or personal information without their consent; content that infringes others' rights; impersonation, spam, or repeated content; or use the App in ways that harm it or other users. Get the consent of the people you played with before posting video or photos of them.

Reporting and blocking: you can report or block objectionable posts, comments, and users. We review reports and remove content that breaks these rules, usually within 24 hours, and may suspend users who repeat it.

Your posts remain yours. You allow us to store, display, and resize them as needed to show them in the App. Posts are visible to anyone on capella.

Information and statistics: we handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We may turn App information into aggregated statistics that cannot identify anyone and provide them to pickleball manufacturers, facilities, tournament organizers, and related companies.

Price: the App is free today. We may add paid features, including subscriptions, in the future. If we do, we'll show the price and what you get in the App before you buy, and payment goes through Apple's App Store. Features that are free today won't become paid without notice.

Safety: play and practice within your limits and keep your iPhone and tripod out of other players' way.

Changes: we may change the App or these terms and will announce important changes in the App or on this page. We may stop providing the App if we have to.

Liability: we work to keep the App running correctly but don't guarantee it's error-free or always available. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we're not liable for damages from using the App, unless the law says otherwise.
