capella（以下「本アプリ」）の運営者（以下「運営者」）は、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

1. iPhone の中だけで扱う情報

• 試合の動画・音声・採点の結果・名簿・練習の記録：iPhone の中に保存し、運営者や外部へは送りません（3 の「改善のために映像を送る」で送ることに同意した方の映像だけは例外です）。
• 顔の写真と顔の特徴（任意）：映像の中から本人を見つけるためだけに、本人の同意を得て登録します。照合も保存も iPhone の中だけで行い、外部へは送りません。アプリを削除するか、設定の「あなたの顔」→「顔の登録を消す」で消えます。
• カレンダー（任意）：試合の予定の名前を読むためだけに使い、iPhone の外へは送りません。
• 音声の認識（任意）：サーブ前のスコアの読み上げを iPhone の中で聞き取ります。外部へは送りません。
• Apple Watch のヘルスケア（任意）：時計で試合を数えている間、本人の許可を得て、心拍数と消費カロリーを読み、試合をピックルボールのワークアウトとしてヘルスケアに保存します。これらは時計と iPhone の「ヘルスケア」の中だけで扱い、運営者や外部へは送りません。広告やマーケティングに使わず、第三者に提供しません。本アプリが iCloud やほかの保存先に置くこともありません。ただし、試合の数字のステッカーに「カロリー」を出すため、時計で数えている間の消費カロリーの累計（1 分ごとの数字）だけを iPhone の中の本アプリに残します。これも外部へは送りません。許可は「設定」→「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」でいつでも取り消せます。

2. サインインした場合に扱う情報

フォロー・投稿・いいね・コメントを使うためにサインイン（Apple または Google）した場合、次の情報を Google LLC が提供する Firebase に保存します。

• サインインの識別子（Apple または Google から受け取る ID）と表示名
• プロフィールの写真（設定した場合）
• 投稿（タイトル・本文・写真・数字・場所・一緒にプレーした人の名前とタグ）、コメント、いいね、フォロー、ブロック、通報
• 「ランキングに参加」をオンにした場合だけ、その週の数字（プレーした日数・時間・ゲーム数・ラリー数・一番長いラリーの秒数・一緒にプレーした人数・目標を続けて達成した週数）

投稿・コメント・いいね・フォロー・ランキングの数字と表示名・プロフィールの写真は、本アプリの利用者なら誰でも見られます。投稿やランキングで動画が送られることはありません。ランキングはいつでも抜けられ、抜けるとその週の数字は消えます。

3. 採点を良くするための情報（任意）

自動の採点（ラリーの区切り・打った人・点の行方）を良くするため、サインインしている方について、次の情報を Google LLC が提供する Firebase に送ります。いつでも設定で止められ、止めると、それ以降は送りません。

• 採点の数字：自動で付けた結果と、あなたが直した箇所（ラリーの始まりと終わりの時刻、打った人の位置、点がどちらに入ったか、採点の確かさ）、決めの一打の前後数秒の、体の関節の位置（画面の上の点の座標。顔は含みません）と、打球の音の大きさの変化（数字だけで、音声そのものは含みません）、試合の設定で入力された各位置の選手の性別と利き手（位置ごとの値だけで、名前とは結び付けません）、端末の中の試合の番号、アプリの版、端末の型、時刻。名前・顔・動画は含みません。数字だけを送る時は、サインインの識別子と結び付けません。映像を送ることに同意した方は、数字も映像と一緒にアカウントに結び付きます（アカウントを削除すると消えます）。設定の「利用状況を送る」がオンの場合に送ります（最初はオンです）。
• 映像（サインインしている方に、採点が終わった試合がある時に一度だけ「capella の改善に協力する」とお聞きし、「送る」を押した方だけ（選ぶまでホームの下にお知らせが出ます。「送らない」を選んだ方は送りません。選んだ後は二度とお聞きしません）。設定の「改善のために映像を送る」でいつでも止められます）：ラリーの終わりの約 3.5 秒の動画（小さくした画質で 1 本 1.5MB まで、1 日 5 本まで）。送る前に iPhone の中で、見つけた人の顔にモザイクをかけます（遠くて小さい顔など、見つけられない顔はそのままになることがあります）。音声は送りません。アカウントを削除すると、送った映像も消えます。

これらは採点の学習と確認のために使います。公開しません。広告に使いません。このままの形で第三者に販売・提供しません（5 の委託先を除きます。統計情報については 7 をご覧ください）。映像は、送った本数を数えるため、サインインの識別子と一緒に保存します。運営者以外は見られません。送った情報の削除は、11 の窓口でご請求ください。

映像には、一緒にプレーした人も映ります。送る前に、その方々の了解を得てください。

4. 利用状況の情報

本アプリを良くするため、Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）で、画面の利用回数などの利用状況、アプリごとの識別子、端末の情報、IP アドレスから推定されるおおまかな地域、設定の「あなたのプレー」に入力した内容（使っているパドルのブランド・よくプレーする地域とコート、どれも任意）を送ります。これらは個人を特定する情報と結び付けません。広告用の識別子（IDFA）は使いません。アプリが予期せず終了した時は、原因を直すため、Firebase Crashlytics（Google LLC）で、終了した時の処理の記録・端末と OS の種類・アプリの版を送ります（動画・顔・名前は含みません。個人と結び付けません）。どちらも設定の「利用状況を送る」で止められます。

5. 外部送信について（電気通信事業法）

6. 利用目的

本アプリの機能の提供、不正や迷惑行為への対応（通報の確認を含む）、本アプリの改善、および 7 に書く統計情報の作成のために利用します。本アプリの中に広告を出すためには使いません。個人のデータを第三者に販売しません。

7. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人のデータを第三者に提供しません。5 の送信先は、運営者の委託先として取り扱います。

運営者は、本アプリで扱う情報（プレーの回数・時間・曜日や時間帯、おおまかな地域、試合の数字、入力された性別・利き手、パドルのブランド・よくプレーする地域とコートなど）を、個人を特定できない統計情報に加工し、ピックルボールに関わるメーカー・施設・大会主催者およびそれに関連する企業に、マーケティングやプロモーションのために提供（有償の場合を含みます）することがあります。統計情報には、名前・顔・動画・サインインの識別子など、個人を特定できる情報を含みません。また、少人数の集計から個人が推測されないよう、一定の人数に満たない集計は提供しません。

8. 保存期間と削除

設定 →「アカウント」→「アカウントを削除」で、2 の情報（投稿・コメント・いいね・フォロー・プロフィール）を削除します。iPhone の中の情報は、アプリを削除すると消えます。

3 の情報は、映像は受け取ってから 1 年、採点の数字は 3 年で削除します。

9. 安全管理

保存先のアクセスは、本人が自分の情報だけを書き換えられるよう制限しています。

10. 子どもの利用

13 歳未満の方は、投稿などのつながりの機能を保護者の同意のもとで使ってください。

11. 開示・訂正・削除などのご請求、お問い合わせ

保有する個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求、運営者の氏名・住所のお問い合わせ、その他のご質問は、Instagram @capella_pickleball の DM で受け付け、遅滞なく回答します。

12. 変更

内容を変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective October 3, 2026 (updated October 9, 2026)

On your iPhone only: match videos, audio, scoring results, roster, practice records, calendar reading, on-device speech recognition, and your optional face photo and face features (used only to find you in your videos, registered with your consent, matched and stored on your iPhone only; removed when you delete the app or tap “Delete Face Data”). None of these are sent to us or third parties, except video clips you choose to send to improve scoring (see below). Apple Watch (optional): while you count a match on the watch, with your permission we read heart rate and active calories and save the match to Health as a pickleball workout. This stays in Health on your watch and iPhone; it is never sent to us or anyone else, never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with third parties, and never stored by the app in iCloud or anywhere else. The only exception: to show calories on your match sticker, the app keeps the running calorie total (one number per minute while you count on the watch) on your iPhone; it is never sent anywhere. You can turn it off in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

If you sign in (Apple or Google) to follow, post, like, or comment, we store your sign-in ID, display name, optional profile photo, posts (title, text, photo, stats, place, names and tags of people you played with), comments, likes, follows, blocks, and reports in Firebase by Google LLC. If you turn on “Join the Ranking,” we also store your weekly numbers (days played, time, games, rallies, longest rally in seconds, number of people you played with, and weeks in a row you met your goal). Posts, comments, likes, follows, ranking totals, display names, and profile photos are visible to anyone on capella. You can leave the ranking anytime, which removes that week's totals. Posts and the ranking never upload videos.

Improving scoring: if you are signed in and “Share Usage Data” is on (it is on by default), we send scoring data to Firebase (Google LLC): the automatic results and the parts you corrected (rally start and end times, hitter positions, which side won the point, confidence), and for a few seconds around the winning shot, the positions of players' body joints (points on the screen, no faces) and how loud the hits were over time (numbers only, never the audio itself), the sex and handedness entered for each position in the match settings (per position only, not linked to names), the match number on your device, app version, device model, and time. It contains no names, faces, or video. When only this data is sent, it is not linked to your account; if you agree to send video clips, it is linked to your account together with the clips (and deleted when you delete your account). If you choose “Send” when we ask once on Home after a match is scored (“Help Improve capella”; nothing is sent until you choose, and we don’t ask again), or later turn on “Send Video Clips to Improve Scoring,” we send about the last 3.5 seconds of a rally (up to 1.5 MB each, 5 per day). Faces the app detects are pixelated on your iPhone before sending (small or distant faces may not be detected), and audio is never sent. Deleting your account also deletes the clips you sent. We use this to train and check the scoring. It is never made public, used for ads, or sold or shared as-is with third parties other than our processor (see aggregated statistics below). Videos are stored with your sign-in ID so we can limit how many are sent, and only we can access them. Please get the consent of the people you played with before sending video. Turn it off anytime. We delete video clips one year and scoring data three years after we receive them. To delete what you sent sooner, DM us.

Usage data: we send usage data, an app-instance identifier, device information, a coarse location estimated from your IP address, and what you enter in Settings → Your Play (the paddle brand you use and the area and court where you play, all optional) to Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to improve the app. These are not linked to your identity, and we don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA). If the app quits unexpectedly, we send a crash report (what the app was doing, device and OS type, app version) to Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) so we can fix it; it never includes videos, faces, or names. Turn both off in Settings → Share Usage Data.

Aggregated statistics: we may turn the information handled by the app (how often, how long, and on which days and times people play, coarse region, match numbers, entered sex and handedness, paddle brand, and the area and court where you play) into aggregated statistics that cannot identify anyone, and provide them, including for a fee, to pickleball manufacturers, facilities, tournament organizers, and related companies for their marketing and promotion. These statistics never include names, faces, videos, or sign-in IDs, and we never provide totals from groups too small to keep people anonymous.

We don't use your data to show ads in the app and don't sell your personal data. Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. For requests or questions, DM us on Instagram @capella_pickleball.
